The company Martin Růžička is the manufacturer of racing rowing boats of the brand ROSEMAN. Our company produces products of ROSEMAN brand, where we apply the manufacturing technology as used by most world companies. The rowing boats are made from top quality materials. The boats are heat hardened in a vacuum at a temperature of 130°C which lead to a optimum hardening of the material and therefore to a mawimum stiffness of the boat. The manufacturer makes good use of his many years of competitive rowing experience, while constructing and manufacturign the boats.

Materials:
For our boats we use a shell composed construction. This construction is made from kevlar, carbon and fibre glass shot by eposy resin. There is also a kevlar honeycomb or a composite of ROSEMAN company. Putting these materials together using a sandwich systém provides, together with a shell composed construction, a quarantee of high rigidity and resistance to impacts.

Construction:
For our boats we use two systems of riggers. Wing rigger and classical riggers from AL amterials. In case of wing rigger system, there is no need of rigs. The advantege of this systém is that the all negative forces are transferred to the wing rigger only, not to the boat. Therefore its lifespan is significantly lengthened. In case of the classical system, there are inbuilt rigs into the boat. These rigs are made from a sandwich material coveved by carbon fibres.
